Mp3gle - The Audio Search Engine is by far one of the better niche search engines designed to find mp3 music files on the internet I have ever used. In my tests it worked like magic and I was downloading songs within seconds. Enter an artist or song name and hit search: Presto! You are instantly greeted with pages and pages of music mp3 files each with a listen now or download button.
Downloads were very fast, streaming worked just as well and bit rates varied from 160kbps and up in my samples.
The user interface is simple and clean. There is no clutter, suspicious links or adware/spyware laden special programs to download in order to use the service. You don’t have to worry about using a p2p program and having the RIAA haul your ass into court or having your internet service provider screw with bittorrent upload/seeding abilities (cough….comcast….cough).
