PrankDial is one of the best Online Pranks on the net. You can send a message to any of your friends as long as they are in the US or Canada. Basically a computer calls your friend in the voice of your choosing and says a custom message, pretty cool. Due to cost, you are only permitted to do this 3 times daily and all information is logged for security purposes. Go over the question marks if you need help. Enjoy.
