GameXa will inform you via email about any change of the status of your order. What happens if the seller doesn’t deliver my gold?
Once a seller does not deliver your gold, he will get a bad rating. Please make sure, that you avoid sellers who do not have a good rating. Furthermore we ask you to be patient, as the seller are only gamers, humans too. If there is a conflict, please contact the seller via the messaging system of the GameXa portal. If even by doing that there is no settlement of the dispute, please contact us via the “Contact” button in the portal header. Our team will take appropriate action and the seller will be excluded from our marketplace if the accusation turns out be true.

The Seller ratings are very useful – how do they work?
